I have limited history on her, but understand that she was sired by the Dutch Warmblood Ureaus. She is not a registered Dutch Warmblood which is reflected in her price. I suspect her riding career was cut short due to a fencing injury due to scarring and she has spent her life as a career broodmare.
Assiah foaled easily and without event, despite being in foal to a very solid Clydey Cross Stallion. She is a great mother who is particualrly protective of her foals but is quite content to let people handle her foals from a young age. She is a fabulous dark bay/black colour.
She is a quiet mare to handle and accepted needles, worming and being trucked (haven't tried her on a horse float). She can be a little uncertain around some men and for this reason I have resorted to trimming her feet myself.
Assiah would suit a kind and knowledgeable home wanting to add a quality horse to thier breeding program.
Assiah is for sale for $1,000.00 incl GST or is available for 12 month lease to an approved home.
