Indiana Sunrise Dutch Warmblood Clydey X (11months)

Indiana Sunrise was born on our property almost out of season on the 30 of March 2009.
Her Dam is an unregistered Dutch Warmblood out of Advanced Dressage Horse Ureaus (more famously known as Brego in Lord of the Rings).
Her Sire was a Clydie Cross Stallion from Terawhiti Station, whose progeny are highly sought after in the Hawkes Bay hunting circles.
She has been well handled from birth and impresses every body with her inquisitive nature and friendly personality. As a five month old filly it was not uncommon for her to be jumping fences away from mum to join other horses for a play and then jumping back again. The first eight months were spent in our steeper back paddocks where she had to learn to navigate hills, streams hills and scrub.
Her weaning and halter training have been without event, she happily accepted the halter the first time it was put on her and then spent five minutes "figuring out" how to lead. She has been halter trained, led and tied. She picks her feet up and floats.
She will begin her career in the show ring as a yearling this year.

We do not offer our horses for trial, before she leaves our property we like to make sure the owner is comfortable to float her and handle her, you are welcome to attend competitions to watch her and we are more than happy for anyone to take as long as they like to make a decision, obtain vet checks and spend lots of time with her before she leaves the property. She is also welcome at any point to return to our property if it does not work out but we do not give refunds once a horse has left our property. If at any point you decide to sell we do prefer to be notified and at any point if our horses become unwanted and potential for neglection - they will always have a home with us and can be returned.
