Tyler Dean is a 16.2hh Chestnut Thoroughbred. I have owned him since he was three year old and he was ridden and competed until he was nine. He is a big strong horse, with a lovely soft mouth, and great paces. He does get excitable when out and about so would need a rider who can understand him for what he is - a big giant excitable show off!
Tyler is an intelligent horse and not for the unaccomplished or nervous rider, he enjoys his work and like most TB's when in consistent work he is sensible, sane and an absolute pleasure to own and ride. I rode him with confidence on a road shared with motocross traffic and logging trucks while pregnant with my son. When he trusts his rider he is the most unflappable horse I have ever ridden and will not put a foot wrong for you.
He would suit an owner prepared to put some time into him, who wishes to have a friendly horse who strives to please. His feet are not the best and for this reason I try to keep him shod to prevent lameness.
He now sits wasting in a paddock keeping my other horses calm and sane.

We do not offer our horses for trial, before he leaves our property we like to make sure the owner is comfortable to float, ride and handle him. We are more than happy for anyone to take as long as they like to make a decision, obtain vet checks and spend lots of time with him before he leaves the property. He is also welcome at any point to return to our property if it does not work out but we do not give refunds once a horse has left our property. If at any point you decide to sell we do prefer to be notified and at any point if our horses become unwanted and potential for neglection - they will always have a home with us.
